Order Processing & Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the time of receipt.
Diamond Mountain Vineyard is compliant with individual U.S. state laws and currently direct ships orders to consumers in states where we are compliant. If your state requires us to collect sales tax for your order, we will do so at the time that your order is process. State laws regarding the direct shipment of wines are constantly changing. Shipments are sent to you via FedEx or UPS and an adult signature (someone over the age of 21 years old) is required at the time of delivery. We highly recommend shipping 2-day or Overnight Air Service whenever possible as this greatly reduces the travel time for your order as carrier, weather and delivery exception delays are beyond our control.
We are unable to deliver wine to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address where an adult signature can be obtained at the time of delivery. To facilitate optimal delivery of your purchase, we highly recommend shipping to a Business Address for first attempt delivery or to your local FedEx/UPS store to be held for pickup.
The carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package at the address provided. In the event that you are unable to receive your shipment at the shipping address provided, you can redirect your package online for pickup at your nearest FedEx/UPS location. The package will be held there for 5 business days before being returned to Diamond Mountain Vineyard. Diamond Mountain Vineyard is not responsible for reroute or additional shipping charges incurred.

Wine is a perishable product and as such cannot be returned. If in the rare event that you open a bottle of Diamond Mountain Vineyard wine, and it does not meet with your approval please contact us via email.
If your wine order is returned to us, please contact us to make arrangements for your order to be reshipped to an address and time of your choosing. A re-shipping fee may apply.
Diamond Mountain Vineyard sells and ships wine only to persons over the age of 21 years old. When placing an order, you must provide your date of birth, as well as certify that you are 21 years of age. By placing an order with Diamond Mountain Vineyard, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years of age.
Upon delivery of the order, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. If you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, we will cooperate with local authorities in compliance with your state law.
